BPI.KPNPA RI Will Seriously Respond to the Many Corruption Cases Stagnant at the Attorney General’s Office in Banten

Banten, Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar General Chairperson of the BPI KPNPA RI asked the Banten High Prosecutor’s Office to immediately respond and follow up on suspected cases of corruption that had stalled at the Banten High Prosecutor’s Office.

This was conveyed by Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar in response to the many public complaints submitted to BPI KPNPA RI that there were many reports from the public that were stagnant at the Banten High Prosecutor’s Office even though the report had been officially filed with the PTSP Banten High Prosecutor’s Office.

If the Banten High Prosecutor’s Office does not want to respond and follow up on complaints from the public that have been submitted for a long time but there has been no follow-up yet, the BPI KPNPA RI will immediately follow up by meeting the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes and the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision regarding several reports of alleged acts Penalties of corruption that have stagnated and have been filed officially include:

1 alleged corruption in Islamic boarding school grants for the 2018 and 2020 academic years which according to him should be opened phase/volume 2 2019 TAPD team leader, BPKAD as PPKD 2020,

  1. Bank Banten Corruption, Main Director of Bank Banten 2021,
  2. Alleged corruption by the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service (DKP) related to the Labuan fishing port ship docking project in 2021 and the FY 2022 break water construction project
  3. Alleged corruption at the Banten Province Education and Culture Office in the procurement of vocational teaching aids in 2021
  4. Case of Alleged Corruption by Banten Province PUPR service related to the construction of the Cipanas-Warung Banten section road in the 2022 year, the construction of the Jati Pulo bridge in 2022
  5. Alleged corruption by the PUPR service related to the 1st stage of Cipondoh lake revitalization activities in 2020, the arrangement of Cipondoh lakes in 2022.

Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar emphasized that the Banten High Court must be able to respond to what has been instructed
