This activity is within the framework of the Lebak Police Presisi Quick wins program, in order to improve the quality of public services at the Rangkasbitung Samsat Office. During the check, the Lebak Police Chief of the Banten Regional Police AKBP Wiwin Setiawan, SIK, M.H. accompanied by Head of Unit Then AKP Fiat Suhada, SIK, MH.
Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan, SIK, M.H. say,
“Yes, this morning we carried out a check on public service activities at the Rangkasbitung Samsat Office in Lebak Regency,” said Wiwin.
“We want to ensure excellent public services, by paying attention to the quality of services provided to the community. To meet the needs and satisfaction of the community, as well as to build public trust in the public services available at the Rangkasbitung Samsat,” he said.
“Of course we cannot stand alone. Collaboration, communication and coordination between agencies that are members of the Joint Samsat Office must continue,” added Wiwin.
“This is in line with the Presisi Polri Quick Wins program, in order to improve the quality of public services,” he concluded.
